Cadentide uses your name, email, business/city, process description and optional language preference to review your request and respond about a possible pilot. Submitting does not create a booking, purchase or general marketing subscription.
Where it goes
The enquiry form is hosted by Google Forms and stores responses in a Google Sheet controlled by the Cadentide business account. The owner receives a new-response notification. It is a manual review queue, not an automatic customer decision or quotation.
What to leave out
Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details, identity numbers, customer records or confidential documents. A later project will agree an appropriate way to handle approved data.
Questions and deletion requests
Email cadentide.studio@gmail.com to ask about your enquiry, correct it or request deletion. Tell us the email address you used so we can locate the record. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Browser demos and estimates
The interactive website demos and workload estimator run in your browser. They do not send customer emails, book appointments or submit calculator inputs to Cadentide. The embedded video is served from our website. Google Forms operates under Google’s own privacy terms, shown on the form.
